Vero Beach Mobile Pet Grooming

Grooming from a caring and certified professional is vital to your pet’s health and well-being.

Every dog and cat, regardless of size, breed, age or coat type, needs to be groomed on a regular basis. Your Vero Beach mobile pet grooming specialist can provide an array of services to ensure your pet is happy, healthy and looks great.

With the help of your Vero Beach mobile pet grooming specialists, you’ll find the most caring professionals in the industry. Like you, they want the best for your pet. Most Vero Beach mobile pet grooming professionals undertake comprehensive training programs to certify them in all areas of customer care and quality, which includes greeting pet and parents; understanding their special needs and offering solutions; minimizing customer wait time and groom turn-around time; walking a customer through the grooming process; and delivering a consistently high quality groom.

While most professional mobile pet grooming in Vero Beach are tailored to dogs, some cats, especially those with long hair, may need professional kitty grooming in addition to the care you give them at home.

Regular grooming from a Vero Beach mobile pet grooming professional can prevent problems such as excessive shedding, skin and paw disorders, painful mats, and bad breath, as well as help you identify other problems that might go unnoticed without the extra attention.

Dan Ford & Associates Landscape Design

December 14th, 2008

Dan Ford & Associates Landscape Design

Dan Ford and Associates have created landscape designs in and around Vero Beach for over 35 years, and prior to that in the Bahamas. Although the firm name has changed several times, Dan Ford has retained continuity as managing partner and chief designer.

We came to Vero Beach in 1970 at the request of the developer’s of John’s Island, who asked us for our design assistance for the landscaping and related site planning of the golf clubhouse, beach club and Island House Inn. We subsequently designed many of the oceanfront condominiums and private residences, maintaining the status of this privately owned upscale community.

Since our arrival, we have been involved in designing projects in many of the most prestigious developments from Windsor south to the Moorings, as well as Grand Harbor, numerous commercial buildings and other developments in and around Vero Beach and the Indian River County area.

About Us On April 12, 1986 out on Long Island in Smithtown, New York, two brother-in-laws by the names of John Licardi and Joe Krauss decided to start their own automobile repair business. they began J & J Auto Works in an old two bay gas station. John and Joe worked hard repairing vehicles and selling gas. In the winter they plowed heavy snow with their tow truck name “Towie”.?

After four years of hard work and struggling through harsh winters, they realized that it would benefit the business to be in a warmer location, a place where they could raise their families, enjoy their time off, and ultimately, a place to retire.

On December 1, 1990, with Florida as their new destination, and after two trips with their moving vans, John Joe moved their families and all the heavy garage equipment and were ready for business. they served soda hotdogs, and hamburgers at the “Grand Opening”, and then settled down to work.?

After many years of hard work, countless repaired vehicles, and numerous restored classic vehicles, word spread of the two brother-in-laws honest approach to car repair, and the business prospered. Carol showed their appreciation to all their clientele every year?with hand written personal messages of Christmas and Season Greetings to each and every customer. They also got a reputation for being the local experts on classic Mustang restoration. John and Joe had restored several Mustangs and each owned a couple. Even their business shirts have a Mustang on them.

After nine years of hard work and a steadily growing business, John, Joe, and Carol decided that they needed more room and were ready to expand. In 2000, they built a brand new shop, four times bigger than the old one, and equipped it with and additional lift, a new spray booth, frame machine, and new state of the art diagnosis equipment.

Today you will find John and his assistant doing mechanical work in the south half of the shop, and Joe and his assistant doing auto body repair in the north half. And on the phone and in the office you will be greeted by Carol in the center of the building. From the beginning and continuing today, dedication and honesty is what they offer their customers.

Now you know the “Untold Story”.
